The email landed at 9:17 AM on a Tuesday back in March 2024. Subject line: “quick question about your fabric.”
I get a lot of those. I'm the quality compliance lead at Pertex, which means I review every fabric batch before it ships—roughly 200+ unique orders per year. Switching to that process cut our turnaround from five days to two.
